Yes — the PLX Network app is completely free to download and use. There are no subscriptions, no purchases, and no fees of any kind. The app is also currently ad-free.

The app runs on any Android device running Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later. It is lightweight and designed to run on low-end devices without performance issues.

Mining is 100% server-side. When you tap "Start Mining", a 24-hour session begins on our servers. Your device does nothing — no CPU usage, no battery drain. You can close the app completely and mining continues uninterrupted.

No. Mining runs entirely on our cloud servers. Data usage only occurs when you open the app to check your balance. Battery usage is negligible — only when the app is actively open on screen.

The app shows a live ticker updating every second using our balance interpolation algorithm. The displayed balance always accurately reflects your total earned PLX based on elapsed time since your session started.

Your final balance is automatically credited to your account. You can immediately tap "Start Mining" again to begin a new session — there's no cooldown period and no gap in earnings if you restart quickly.

Each account gets a unique 8-digit referral code. When someone new joins using your code, two things happen: your mining rate permanently increases by +0.001 PLX/hr, and you receive a one-time bonus of 0.1 PLX credited instantly. There is no limit on how many people you can refer.

No limit at all. Every person who joins using your code permanently increases your mining rate. The more you share, the more you earn — indefinitely.

No. Self-referrals are not permitted and will be detected by our system. Creating multiple accounts to generate artificial referrals is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in permanent account termination.

Your 8-digit User ID is displayed in the app under the Profile tab. It is also shown alongside your referral code. You'll need this ID if you ever contact support or request account deletion.

No. Each person is permitted one account only. Multi-accounting to exploit the mining or referral system violates our Terms of Service and will result in all associated accounts being permanently banned.

Send an email to support@plxnetwork.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request – Parallax Network", including your registered email and 8-digit User ID. We will confirm within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Visit our Account Deletion page for full instructions.

All PLX balance is permanently forfeited upon account deletion and cannot be recovered under any circumstances. Please make sure you want to proceed before submitting a deletion request.

Yes. We use industry-standard security: all data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS, passwords are never stored in plain text (securely hashed), and Row Level Security (RLS) ensures you can only access your own data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We collect only what is necessary: your email address, hashed password, User ID, referral code, mining sessions, and transaction history. We do not collect your real name, phone number, location data, or any financial information. We never sell your data.
